Having filled in my request I have received a response from data.compliance@sclgroup.cc containing instructions for providing id and making payment.
However, there is no information provided on how one is supposed to supply the photo id and utility bills (snail mail, email, upload link).
But it’s worse than that.
Despite having attempted to make the £10 payment online several times, my bank keeps giving me this message.
- Sorry, the payee’s bank has advised they are unable to accept this payment as the sort code/account number is incorrect. Please contact the payee to confirm their account details.
So far, I’m getting nowhere.
I will update when there’s a further development.
